Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance and use of the site

By browsing and using piesdemercurio.com you accept these Terms and Conditions. Pies de Mercurio is a bilingual editorial platform operated by CABALLO DE FUEGO SpA that studies the foot as a symbolic, historical, artistic, and erotic object through articles, interviews, and a podcast.

2. Content for adults (18+)

The site contains content about eroticism and fetish intended exclusively for people 18 or older. If you are not of legal age to access this type of content in your country of residence, you must leave the site. Pieces flagged as sensitive content display a warning before the content is shown.

3. Intellectual property

The text, interviews, photographs, illustrations, design, and other elements of the site are the property of CABALLO DE FUEGO SpA or of the collaborators who provide them, and are protected under Chile’s Law 17.336 on Intellectual Property. Images and material provided by collaborators (content creators, interviewees) are published solely under the image and interview release agreement described in our Editorial Line, and remain the property of whoever created them unless otherwise expressly agreed. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content on the site without prior written authorization is prohibited.

4. Links to third-party sites

Pies de Mercurio does not sell or distribute erotic content. When an article or interview includes a link to a collaborator’s website or Instagram, that link leads to a space operated by a third party, unrelated to Pies de Mercurio, whose content and terms of use are the sole responsibility of that third party. We do not link directly to content-selling platforms (for example, OnlyFans, FeetFinder, or Fansly), not even those belonging to people we interview; see our Editorial Line for more detail on this criterion.

5. Content takedown

Anyone identified or identifiable in an interview, photograph, or piece published on the site may request its removal by writing to the contact email listed in our Privacy Policy. We will review the request and remove the piece from our channels in line with our Editorial Line.

6. More information

To learn about the editorial criteria we use to select and publish content, see our Editorial Line. To learn what personal data we collect and how we process it, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application will be submitted to the ordinary courts of justice of the city of Santiago.
